“Couldn’t give a zero. I walked in and saw how bad it was, walked out and gave the key back to the front desk. I’ve never stayed in the ghetto but this “suite” is a great example…. Drawer faces in the kitchen were missing, furniture was nasty, the room smelled bad.. the pictures were false advertising. The refund ability was also false advertising. I asked for a refund 8/13 immediately after I saw it. Advertised as 100% 8/13 and 50% 8/14. Refund was refused VRBO agent said nothing she……

“The apartment was clean and well-equipped. It was in a very convenient location for the events I was attending. The bed was very comfortable.The rooftop pool was delightful. The host was helpful!”

“Very cozy and well-equipped unit. The host really thought of everything from tons of lighting options to access to power to a bidet and nice shower. Location is also great, being an easy walk to downtown venues as well as the restaurant/retail district on N Person street. One of the better places I've rented. Would stay again!”

“The place was very clean and well appointed. I didnt want for anything. I would recommend this place. I stayed 1 night for a sculpture conference and it was perfect.”

“The property was perfect if you are going to be out and about and just need somewhere to rest. I was staying with two others for a festival and I had the main room. There was no door to my bedroom and it’s right by the front door. I bought a shower curtain for privacy. Also the living room is not a public space it’s connected to the main bedroom. The property location is quiet except for the occasional loud car and noisy pedestrians.”

“The home was welcoming and proved to be just what we needed (4 bedrooms & 3 baths). The Jack & Jill setup worked well for the 3 cousins. It’s centrally and conveniently located within a great number points of interest. The home was well equipped and clean. The sitting area was ideal for a gathering place for breakfast. A great host!!! The host was quick to respond and the check-in flawless. ”
