“My wife and adult children enjoyed a wonderful two day stay for my younger daughter’s graduation from NC State for her Masters. The house was basic and very clean. Exactly what we we looking for! Thu was communicative and the check in and out process was great.”

“A primary reason we chose this house is the proximity to downtown. We were able to walk to the Durham Performing Arts Center for a show we were attending, and there were restaurants and bars to choose from along the way.The listing advertises that this house sleeps 11, but we wouldn't recommend with such a large group. There were seven of us, and the sleeping arrangements were tight. If I had the power to make changes, I would cover the glass of the glass door bedroom with faux etched glass……

“Property is really nice. Kids loved the pool and game room which kept them entertained for hours. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor grill area and patio are really nice. We rented to host my daughter's 16th birthday party and the house was perfect. Dryer took forever to dry clothes so just keep that in mind if you plan to do a lot of laundry. ”

“We loved the view of the lake and the Dogs loved running around the large yard. The beds were very comfortable.Abby was very responsive and in fact we plan to return the end of Feb. and will stay again and again at this house! ”
