“We initially chose this property because it offered two master suites, making it the perfect house for two families. The bigger suite is more private, with the smaller one being closer to the other bedrooms. This was great for our family of four and another couple.There was plenty of parking, and the check-in process was super easy.The snack machine was a big hit with the teenagers!We were pleasantly surprised by the location. Easy walk to a farmer's market, great restaurants and shops.”

“Home was convenient to Duke Hospital. Businesses are within walking distance. Checkin was easy. Driveway off street was nice for unloading. Home is as pictured. Bed and bedding was very clean and comfortable. Master on suite bath was wonderful! We utilized the front porch everyday, it is set up beautifully and has a selection of seating areas. ”

“This property was a real treat to stay at. It had a nice open floor plan. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The master bedroom had its own private master bathroom that even had a large wall in closet. The property was close to anything you may need. Lastly, it was less than a 10 minute drive to Duke University Hospital. I highly recommend this place if your looking for comfort and modern……

“We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. We’d brought dessert home but there were 0……

“We stayed here for my son’s college graduation. The house has loads of charm and character and was conveniently located. It’s also very spacious and we really enjoyed the front porch. The owners thoughtfully provided white noise machines for all the rooms as the house is on the bus line. And the house has great privacy due to the owners use of glass frosting and blackout drapes. My main recommendation would be to have a little more provisions in terms of paper goods , replace some of the……
