“Perfect location for our needs, very nice neighborhood, pretty, quiet, comfortable, walkable, welcoming. Loved floor plan and furnishings - spacious, peaceful, inviting. However, inside property could use better care (cleaning, repainting) - it's in the details! (We did clean some things in bath, kitchen ourselves before using). Overall appearance and comfort (beds, seating, dining space) was excellent! We would choose this place again for our next visit. ”

“We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. We’d brought dessert home but there were 0……

“We needed a place to stay for our son's wedding that could accommodate our immediate family, my parents and niece and nephew. There was the right amount of rooms and beds for us. The house is eclectic. The location worked well for us. We appreciated having enough parking on property. We just wish all the windows had privacy blinds. “Sadhya is a great, understanding host who works to hard to make sure the guests are comfortable and happy.The house is lovely, perfect for multiple people, and full of plants, which we loved.Sadhya lives underneath the rental in the bottom story of the duplex, and there is an occupied tiny house in the backyard. ”

“This is a really beautiful little home. It’s well decorated and has tons of space. Very convenient to downtown Durham and the airport. There were some dishes in the cabinets and one of my towels was covered in hair. There is also a fair bit of road noise and some noise from the nearby railway. Make sure you bring coffee if you want to drink it while you’re there. The house only has decaf. While I’m sure the host is very nice, I found the communication suboptimal. Quiet street and easy checkin upon arrival. Beds are comfortable and TVs in family room and master a large and new. Very clean house and mostly everything is new. Would stay again ”
