“We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. We’d brought dessert home but there were 0……

“Property is really nice. Kids loved the pool and game room which kept them entertained for hours. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor grill area and patio are really nice. We rented to host my daughter's 16th birthday party and the house was perfect. Dryer took forever to dry clothes so just keep that in mind if you plan to do a lot of laundry. ”

“It was a nice stay. The property was well equipped, even for a rainy weekend in we had all the entertainment we needed! There were a few minor inconveniences such as lights out, limited linens and blankets but it was also a very cold and dark rainy weekend. It didn’t change the fact that I’d stay here again and we had a wonderful time.”
