“we loved staying at this house for almost a week while in Chapel Hill. it was spacious and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. the backyard is huge and well maintained and the farm in the back is a sweet addition to the vibe. the property owner was quick to reply to any messages and was very helpful! we would stay here again for sure. ”

“We had a wedding to attend in Cary. Rented this house because it fit our large family. Each of my grown 4 daughters and husbands had their own rooms. Large yard, hot tub and swingset were perfect. Comfortable and clean with wonderful added touches. Host was very accommodating and responded immediately. This house is a must if your in the area.”

“This bungalow was a great find! It’s very well layed out and the property overall was so nice. The location was perfect and close to downtown Durham to walk around and get to know the area. “Our family stayed here for almost two weeks as a transition home in between closings of our old house and new house. The house was clean except under beds and sofas as our scared kitty would hide there and come out with dust bunnies all over her.our only concern was the camera mounted on the garage. It would change positions and it was aimed directly in the large kitchen window for two days without a way to have privacy as no curtains or blinds on amy of the windows in the back of course. This……
