“Our family of 4 adults and 2 children enjoyed our stay at this spacious property in Carrboro. We came to attend a wedding at the Carolina Inn located 5 short minutes away. There are several businesses located within walking distance to include: a Harris Teeter grocery store, CVS, cute indoor art mall, and a few delicious restaurants (Breakaway and Tandum). The house is licated on a one way street meaning less congestion and was very quiet.Sandra is a great host and responded to my questions……

“Perfect location. Less than 20 minutes to graduation ceremonies. Well appointed home in a great neighborhood. Perfect for our big family. The owners are kind and helpful - even put up a congratulations banner for my daughter. ”

“We enjoyed and excellent stay at the Estate. It was our base camp for the weekend. The layout offered privacy for our guests in all bedrooms. the primary bedroom is wonderful. The kitchen is extremely well provisioned for foodies and cooks. the outdoor amenities are awesome. the pier on the pond is a cool gathering place. the salt water pool did not disappoint. the games and gathering space at the barn offered a cool hangout for our celebration. we especially enjoyed corn hole and ping……

“We loved the home! It was clean and the host communicated well. The neighborhood is noisy due to the bus route on the road, so sleeping in is not really an option. Overall a great property! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, very close to the wedding venue and featured 4 bedrooms with King Beds. We enjoyed the fire pit one night. The toilet seats are heated! Our hostess very responsive and very accommodating. It is .tucked into a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood. I would recommend staying here .”

“This is a perfect rental property and met or exceeded all expectations. Clean, well appointed with higher end furnishings, bedding and towels. This is not your typical Amazon/Ikea makeover. We truly felt at home. The owner was proactive with communicating and quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood and property was quiet and offered great activities for our teens (basketball, tennis, swimming) a short walk away. Excellent centralized location and close to most anything that you’d be……

“Had a great time in NC and this little bungalow was the perfect place to stay for us. Our kitty enjoyed the oversized pet bed set up for her and we loved the backyard thanks for an amazing stay. ”

“The home was neat and clean, the check in process easy. I toured the home at arrival to ensure all was well. Just a few things: the toilet paper was one-ply, very thin, I had to have my daughter bring some, the roll of paper towels in the kitchen was only half full, we ran out, there wasn't a storage roll, we had to get more, the master bedroom closet was used for storage which was inconvenient for hanging nicer clothing. Other than these things, we enjoyed the home.”

“We really enjoyed this modern and comfortable house in Wake Forest. Modern appliances, comfortable bedrooms and all the little things one could need were provided. We especially enjoyed the deck and fenced in back yard where we listened to the birds singing while enjoying our breakfast. Off the beaten path, but not too far from restaurants and shopping. Check in was a breeze and we enjoyed great communications from Debra both before and during out stay. Thank you.”
