“This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!”

“The place is very clean and comfortable. It had cooking tools, utensils, and toiletries, which is appreciated. The location was perfect for what I needed. The only downside was the rain that happened everyday, so no hiking for me. I give it 5 stars for all of the above reasons. The owner is extremely responsive if you have any questions too!”
