“This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!”

“Apartment is on the lower floor of an older house. Nicely upgraded and clean. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants. However, noise insulation was poor between upper floor. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Perhaps acceptable for one sleeper. It sinks in the middle with 2. Tv is positioned such that we could only watch on a queen bed. Not ideal for family. Only a small portable electric stove and a table top oven/air fryer were provided for the weeks we have booked. We have stayed……
