“ The house was clean, plenty of bath towels, and the pool was clean. The owner was very prompt about getting back to me, when I had questions. We were not there a while lot but a very quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds to lay out heads for some good sleep. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Loved being able to spread out, yet still visit and entertain our family of 4 adults and one infant - everyone had their own space but could also play cards at night together and eat breakfast every morning. Two bathrooms on the bedrooms and one central on the main floor were so convenient. We enjoyed the pool. Short walk to Food Lion, Sheetz, Wendy’s and more. About 20 mins or so to lots of points of interest and direct access to the Neuse trail for hiking. Some wear around the home, but……

“Very easy door lock- the best we've seen. This unit is a very new, very nicely decorated three bedroom two floor apartment located very close to campus, downtown, and with some walkable options. Guglhupf is just a few minutes' walk out the back gate. There's also a coffee place, Fosters, but we didn't go there.The building is so new that navigation couldn't get us there directly. Bur we found that Midvale to Bedford got us there. There was a mention of covered parking but that wasn't so.”

“Beautiful, serene property located on a river full of ducks, geese, and herons. You cant go wrong staying here. ”

“Eric the host was great with communication and his house was super clean, well organized, and comfortable. Would stay again. He thought of everything you could need. Very accommodating. We were traveling with a toddler and especially appreciated the blackout curtains. Sadly, we had to put our dog down before our trip, Eric was kind to refund our pet fee.”

“House is centrally located and just as described. The owner was very responsive to our questions and gave us access after checkout to grab something we forgot. We had a comfortable stay with our two boys helping us to transition during a move so our kids could finish out the school year. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone coming through the triangle area!”

“Older home in quiet neighborhood. Reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely equipped and appointed. Very nice beds. Convenient to downtown entertainment and dining. Excellent bike trails nearby. Would recommend to anyone and would be happy to stay there again.”

“Home was convenient to Duke Hospital. Businesses are within walking distance. Checkin was easy. Driveway off street was nice for unloading. Home is as pictured. Bed and bedding was very clean and comfortable. Master on suite bath was wonderful! We utilized the front porch everyday, it is set up beautifully and has a selection of seating areas. ”

“The house is very well done, obviously newly remodeled or entirely new. The kitchen, dining and main living area are open and comfortable with plenty of light, great seating, smart TV, and a nice view of the cute backyard. Very well supplied including spices, cooking oils, protein bars, plenty of coffee, expresso, creamer, sweeteners and tea - stuff you need but don't really want to buy. Great ice maker and autofill water! Lots of fun extras - loved the chess board, games, record player and……

“The house was clean and inviting. Perfect for what we needed. The host reached out and made sure everything was going well. We did have an issue with the upstairs sink not draining but the host Kenny had his handy man come over the same day and had it taken care of. I can not recommend this place more. ”
