“First of all, this is a really nice apartment. The owner has done a great job making it updated and comfortable. Nice details like gift chocolates at check in. As other reviewers have mentioned, it’s in what looks like dodgy surroundings and there is a smoke and weed smell in the apartment from other tenants. We were going to a concert and only stayed there late nights s overnight so it didn’t bother us, but this could be a big challenge for a very sensitive person. The neighbors and setting……

“This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out.”

“We needed a place with a full kitchen, with a dining area, that was friendly to pets, and that was close to UNC for a weekend visit with our daughter, a UNC student. Going through the listings, this one looked like the best to fit our needs, even if it wasn't the least expensive and if it had one more bedroom than we needed.Wow, am I glad I chose this place! “We stayed at this property for a month. We think probably it would be a better place for shorter overnight/1-2 night stays. The kitchen is very well equipped but it is very small making cooking hard. The property could do with a big update as the appliances are very old. I was nervous using the oven due to its age. Some of the furnishings in the living area are clearly old and one of the cushions even appeared a bit mouldy. The bedroom was great with good bedding and bed, and great wardrobe and……
