“We had the best stay at this condo! The location was perfect for me as I stayed here to run the Big Sur marathon. Beaches, the wharf, everything was only about 15 min from there. The property owner was extremely communicative with us and let us know everything we needed to in advance, and even gave great suggestions of things to do! They left some ice, snacks, and water for us, and even a sweet good luck note for my race! Would 1000% stay here again! Definitely check this place out!”

“My wife and I spent a little over a month at this very nice, three story condo on Monterey Bay. Our daughter’s family of four, plus a small dog, also joined us for a long weekend. The property is located adjacent to a beautiful, long beach and is also close to the Monterey bike/walking path. It is an easy walk (or short drive) to many restaurants and activities. “was really nice get away for me and my spouse we arrived late the first night and the fire alarm battery was low we contacted them and they responded immediately which was really nice considering how late it was. i just felt awkward walking beside the main house because i think we scared the people staying in there since it was so late and they had all of the blinds open”

“The place was beautiful, although I didn’t realize it was not supposed to have dogs. So I had to leave my dog at my sister’s and I ended up staying with her a lot didn’t get to stay at the apartment as much as I wanted to, but it was a beautiful place and I would recommend it as long as you don’t have a pet.”

“We had a lovely stay. The view is awesome; we had the beach to ourselves, and the spacious accommodations were clean and comfortable.A couple of items were in need of repair. The back slider didn't lock until we cleaned out the rust and got the latch to open and engage. There was no blind on the largest window in the primary bedroom which meant waking up with the sun and the knob was missing on the heater in the primary bathroom.I'd very much like to visit more often as it's a wonderful……

“We had a wonderful time! The photos of the views from the balcony/deck do not do this property justice. The location was sensational. The condo definitely served its purpose. It was perfect for what we needed. The only disappointing part was the neglect that the condo clearly has suffered. I was not shocked to see that it was listed for sale. The broken blinds, paint patches, filthy sliding door (perhaps from water damage?), and other items throughout the condo that needed a little TLC gave the……
