“What a lovely house! The 3 of us came in just to visit Punxsutawney and fell in love with Smicksburg! We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely return. The check in was simple and parking in the back worked out great. The kitchen is enormous, stocked with plenty of utensils/dishes, soap, plastic wrap, salt/pepper shakers. There aren't many restaurants in the area, so making full use out of the kitchen was very helpful. In addition, there was a cute little coffee/tea setup, full water……

“We were in town for a wedding and found this place near the venue. It was perfect for our needs and stocked with pretty much everything we could ever need. This was the perfect place to spend some quality time together on our trip, and the location was perfect for taking little day trips to the surrounding areas.”

“We were looking for a place to stay for one night, and this worked out fine. The location was great for getting to IUP. Definitely a bare bones kind of place, no napkins or even paper towels. No shampoos or soaps, and half of the light bulbs did not work. The traffic noise was very loud with the air conditioning units still in the windows. But it was pretty clean and we only needed a place to sleep.”
