“We had an amazing stay. The house was very clean and smell wonderful, very cozy and we felt at home. Definitely will be staying there again! ”

“Stayed while in town for a funeral. House was big enough. Location was fantastic. Accommodations and furniture were lacking. What little furniture was there was very uncomfortable and cheaply made. Couches were futons. Mattresses were very very thin. All were too short for my tall family. Table and chairs only sat 4 comfortable and didn’t seem safe to sit on. Extra chairs were only folding chairs. Get some new comfortable furniture and this place will be perfect. ”

“The house it’s amazing . Spacious clean andComfortable. The area it’s great if you like golf they have a golf course right at the end of the street and is super affordable and in good conditions. There is a mother in law apartment attached but at any point of our stay we felt like there was some one there. I have to meet the lady and she was super nice to me. The owner was very communicative and he send me all of the information on time . Please read all of the information when you receive it……

“Wonderful location on the river, very clean and comfortable. Close to the cute town of Palatka. Hosts were attentive and responsive. There is a sulfur smell in showers and faucets so we brought our own bottled water for drinking, which was fine. The sunroom was one of the favorite rooms along with the kitchen. Loved the dock and fire pit so we sat out late each night sharing stories. Overall a very nice place to stay.”
