Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. “Manager was very responsive. Check-in was easy. Good location, clean linens, adequate bath supplies, well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the screened porch. Only suggestions, but not affecting our stay, new window treatments and carpet would be nicer. Also furnishings are dated. But all was comfortable .”

“The house had a nice layout and was well maintained. It was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen is well stocked. We arrived a little before check-in and the owners were accommodating. As pictures of the pool are prominent in the listing, please note the pool does not have a heater, so was not usable our entire stay. We had offered to pay extra for pool heat, but learned too late that was not an option.”

From the moment we opened the door with a gift basket at the door with mints and a basket with wine, crackers and doggy treats for our fur baby in the kitchen was truly thoughtful! The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked! I would definitely book at "cute and cozy" again! ”
