“We really enjoyed staying at this cottage. It was within walking distance of the beach and our friends rental on Pebble Beach Lane. My only recommendation would be that the owner get screens for the front windows and bedroom window. Otherwise very happy with our stay. Owner was very responsive to my emails about the internet and TV. ”

“Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. Even my barely mobile 84 year-old mother-in-law could get down to the beach to watch us kayak and swim. My only tiny complaint is that the knives in the kitchen were almost too dull to use,……

“Overall our experience was positive. The home reminded me of my 1st home which was built in the 1940's. The owners here have made improvements inside and it is cozy. Some of the neighborhood homes are nice and some are very run down. Inside this rental the tvs, beds, and appliances are modern.
