“Had an amazing stay at this charmer on the coast! Very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Spent many hours just watching the ducks and birds enjoying the treats that come and go as the tides change. Great jumping off point to enjoy the beautiful coast of Maine! The only drawback is that the road is incredibly close to the house and the traffic noise is impossible to drown out, especially when trying to sleep in the second bedroom. Not ideal, but we would definitely return! ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Cottage was clean and well appointed. Loved the front porch. It was busy with lobster processing traffic going by but not so much that it was a problem. Two issues that were not good: no wifi. Zip .Zero. No internet service n this day and age is not acceptable. (which we were supposed to have according to the website.) Phoned the number provided. Zero response. V bad in my opinion. Second the fire dept was prepping to burn an abandoned house next door so there were……

“This sweet cottage is located about 25 feet from high tide in Tenants Harbor, where you can watch the lobster boats heading out in the morning and coming back in the afternoon. Its location ensures privacy, with no houses on either side, on a quiet road not far from town. Veronika always responded to any questions quickly and was an excellent communicator. We loved our stay here and I can't recommend it highly enough.”

“We stayed here for almost two weeks in late June/early July. The location was great for our purposes (we come to the area each summer to see family who live just minutes away), and we enjoyed walks with our preschooler down to the little beach to hunt for sea glass. We also liked the large yard and beautiful newer deck for added enjoyment outside - the view is lovely. “Located far down the peninsula from Rockland at Spruce Head, Craignair Inn boasts panoramic views and oceanfront dining. Our room, one of 16, was on the third floor and nicely remodeled. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep; but assistance with our luggage was offered. The inn also contains the Causeway restaurant serving casually elegant dinners. Our meals were memorable. We would definitely come back on future trips.”
