“Overall place was great and was in perfect location for our family trip to a ravens game. However we were looking forward to the fire pit on the roof but there was no full propane tanks. There was multiple empty propane tank”

“We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. Dr. Koura did stop by and this woman was amazing. So kind….so understanding. Thank you Dr. Koura for allowing to stay at your house. It was an honor.”

We even extended for an additional night. The communication with the management was very prompt and professional. So happy I got to experience Baltimore in this way. Everything was clean and beautiful and the view was immaculate and inspiring. We will be back!”

“Perfect trip. A few blocks from restaurants & stores. Then the Metro Stop Gallaudet & Gallaudet University. Met our needs perfectly. W/D a life saver with a teenager.”

“Everything was as advertised online. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. There were sufficient cookware and plates/cups etc. The temp in house was perfect. Every room was used and we didn’t feel crowded. Nice size backyard - even though we didn’t really use (light drizzle and busy schedule). Laundry in basement- TV- Alexa for music/podcasts. Driveway held the cars and neighborhood was peaceful especially at night. We were about 15 min to the Naval Academy; the drive to the graduation……

“Nice having the apartment, but they should have had additional toilet paper. We just had enough. It’s not a hotel room, but they need to have it stocked better. ”
