“end of April, the lake was empty of people, rain and sun, went fishing caught 2 bass, catch and release, watched 3' pike swimming all around, wouldn't bite ,wrong bait, Nice deck, nice view, nice walk around the lake, dog kennel but we didn't need it. never left the cabin eccept to hike on the local horse trails. ”

“We stayed here for a weekend with 6 people and it was perfect. We rode side by sides on Tug Hill and it was easy to get to. Very close to bars and restaurants in Brantingham. The house was very clean, cozy, and spacious! It would be perfect in summer as well. Great swimming area, dock, and recreation area in the boat house. We hope to be back soon!”

“Our overall stay was good, we had great weather, and the top of the boat house was amazing with the views of the lake. When we first entered the home, it smelled very stale like the windows have not been open in months. We found a candle and opened the windows before the rest of the guests came. There absolutely needs to be more lights on the outside stairs at night. The stairs are steep, and we had to use our lights on our phones to go up and down the stairs at night. It’s dangerous. The……

“We are a family of four with two children, ages 6 and 9. We enjoyed our two nights at this cabin. The upstairs bedroom configuration was fun for the kids. A little bit of Netflix and PBS kids when it was particularly rainy over the weekend, as well as the suitcase-full of games the kids brought with us. We weren't able to hike Bald Mntn as planned because of the rain, but the home's location was well settled in low-traffic side streets that permitted us to get in a nice walk/hike when the rain……
