“We had four guys stay at this lake cottage and had a fun time fishing the lake. The accommodations are very nice and everything felt really clean. The only downside is the Chanel where we kept our boat was very weedy and it made it hard to fish off the dock. Other than that we had a fantastic time. ”

“Heron's Perch was a great spot for our family reunion. Such a cute, little cottage with something for everyone-games, kayaks, fishing, beautiful sunsets, etc., not to mention close by options in Shipshewana and Middlebury. The owners, who have a seasonal home next door, were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! ”

“The house is really lovely! We enjoyed staying there so much and the owners were so accommodating and friendly! Staying there reminded me of staying at my grandma and grandpas farmhouse when i was a little girl. Its so special my kids could have a taste of those types of experience like climbing up those stairs, the secret nooks and catching lightning bugs in the evening. It was a perfect location for us too! We hope we can stay here again sometime!”

“We really enjoyed our week’s stay here. The outdoor space was really nice - both covered and uncovered patio, cornhole, and great fire pit. The lake was very beautiful and relaxing. Before 10a and after 6p everyday the lake becomes a 10pm lake which makes it extremely enjoyable. The A/C inside the house was dual zone, great and much needed! Large fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again. ”
