“Check in was crazy because of so many people needing to check in. Housekeeping took a long time which is why our check in was late. Breakfast was a mess- the layout causes a bunch of people trying to get food. It was busy and some guests literally took all of the hot did so filling it was slow. Super wash was on the wall near the sink and not in the shower. Room was large and clean. Price was very expensive due to availability and holiday reason (snow!)”

“The oysters served in the restaurant are smelly, but the waiter said I don't like them! It's so weird! Restaurant service staff have extremely bad attitude! A group of people chatting but didn't bother to prepare water and drinks for the guests (ordered coffee without spoon and milk...) This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!”
