“Great location! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Could use some outside upkeep (the bushes in front of the property were very overgrown). Could use a fresh up inside of house before guests arrive. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and dead bugs on the floor. Get ride of bath mat in upstairs bathroom.”

“Beautiful, peaceful property. Full stocked kitchen. Perfect if you want to save some money and make some meals before you hit the town! Eat those meals out in the deck listening to the sounds of nature while enjoying the river view. Also the perfect place to wake up with a cup of coffee.”

“Property was as listed. It is a duplex and the other side was occupied by another softball family from another state so that was fun! Property was very clean but does have a musky smell to it but wasn't anything that bothered us. Austin was great at communicating. It is approximately 20 min drive from the Drakes Creek Park in Hendersonville where we were playing. Very close to fields if playing in Gallatin. Overall we had a nice stay.”

“The house was perfect for our family. We had six adult and four children. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The kids loved playing in the hot tub. We had a bonfire at night and made s’mores. We have already booked another long weekend for 2026. Can’t wait to go back.”
