“My family was in town to run the Rock N Roll half Marathon in Nashville and we chose to stay here to be out of the city and enjoy the Lake House. It was perfect! We went in to Nashville multiple times (If you're visiting with kids I highly recommend a trip to Pins Mechanical!) as the ride in is easy. “The property is lovely, and the house is cozy. It’s in the country but close to a grocery store. The house is spaced away from other houses for lots of privacy. The yard is large which allowed plenty of room for our two little pups to run and play. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc. The property manager communicated clearly, and getting into the house was the easiest experience we’ve had for any rental. The finishes are very nice, and the place looks very new. In addition to the smaller living area downstairs there is a huge living area upstairs. We did not utilize that space, but I imagine it would be really nice if you were traveling with kids so you could each have space to spread out. The townhouse is very conveniently located……

“We had a family reunion group of 20 stay here, and it was wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable. We paid for pool heat and it was delightfully warm, despite the cooler than usual temperatures. The house is close to the freeway and we found grocery stores and things to do close by. Everyone had a comfy bed, the kids had lots of room to play and do games, and we were able to visit with other family members who came to spend a day. The caretaker was super kind and helpful.
