“Our group of 4 (2 couples) enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The house was the perfect size. It had cute furnishings and everything was comfortable. We appreciated all the little touches and loved all the extras provided from the water to the snacks to the toiletries. The yard was a great size, although it would have been nice to have it fully fenced in for our dog. Great outdoor space as well which would be great for the warmer months. “This place definitely met our need to be close to NY (drivable) for a graduation. Family and friends were able to gather and celebrate. Home was exactly as pictured online and yard did not disappoint. Although the weather was rainy and chilly, we made our way for morning walks to the beach 3-minutes away. Sun came out just in time for a cookout, although clouds rolled in at the end of the day. Not necessary to pay uber fares into NY (ranging from 50- 170) depending on the time of day. The……

“This property is a wonderful alternative to the expensive hotels around Greenwich. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. ”

“This place is just like the pictures. Very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The view is fantastic! The linens are hotel-like and the kitchen is very nicely stocked. We stayed two nights and walked around the lake, made for a great stay. Definitely recommend. ”

"As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
