“The cottage was very cute and comfortable with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the private beach and the lovely lake view. We had some trouble with the key not working, but the owner was very responsive and helped us figure it out, even though it was very late at night! Be aware that unless you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you will be carrying all your belongings up 2 flights of deck stairs or up a very steep drive. This would not be good for someone with bad knees - unless you have 4 wheel drive……

“We loved the house. It was very clean and roomy. This house was built to be lived in. What a great location for a day visit to Macinaw Island or bridge access and northern Michigan. Some highlights: Red Tail Fox in back yard, Extra cedar sun room ( favorite morning coffee place), very comfortable beds and furnishings, Very Very clean, Fire pit with lots of outdoor seating, full kitchen, terrific master bedroom with spa tub and big walk-in showers. Easy to check-in, out and to find. As they……

“We booked this property for a last minute get away and we were pleasantly surprised! The room was cute and clean. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Parking was great and it was wonderfully situated close to shopping & restaurants. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The bathroom could use updating, but that maybe in the works as it sounds like the property may have changed hands recently? This isn’t the Ritz-Carlton nor should people expect it to be. It is quaint,……
