“We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.”

“Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any……

“Had a great stay. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the town's traffic noise, this is it. Great views of the town below from the terrace/balcony and kitchen. The modern and quiet air conditioning system in the kitchen was enough to cool the whole apartment, but if you need some extra cold, the bedrooms have their own AC. It was a pleasure to chat with the owner and learn about the island and its history.”

“We had the best trip. St John is beautiful. We were able to walk to town every night. The hill walk was a workout but we like the exercise. The owner was the best and always answered quickly helped with advice on the island. We really didn’t spend much time in the room because … why would you when you are on a beautiful island? ”

“Property was conveniently located for easy access to the harbor and restaurants and shops. The veiw from the balcony was great for sunsets. The room was really nice. But, the kitchen did not have a stove. After looking through all cabinets we found they have a single burner and a separate grilled that worked just fine. ”
