“You are paying for the view and location to the town. Very convenient and beautiful views. No bells and whistles. The restaurant on property was “fine”. The market was “fine”. Customer service was either fantastic or poor. No in between. It all depended on who you were talking to.

“Wonderful location, great communication, and comfortable clean rooms. The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. “We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.”

“The address is 13C Contant road. It is one half of the upper floor of the building. New construction going up in the neighboring property.
Expedia's map has the location on the wrong part of Contant road.
The road is quite steep. Backing out and turning around takes practice.
Otherwise, the facility is good & clean. We appreciated the cooler, the beach towels and chairs, etc..”

“Everything you need is in the unit. Easy walk downhill to the Cruz Bay area. Off street parking is nice to keep rental car safe. Forego the high end resort fees for amenities you would not use and put that money towards a rental car so you can explore all the great places or hire a boat to take you to those places you can’t access via car.”

“Nora was wonderful! She picked us up from ferry, had a fridge stocked for us and was very helpful with all things St. John! Property is lovely and is close to downtown but very industrial setting. Please be aware and allow time for cleaning process when departing. It’s more involved than other properties that I have rented.”

“Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own.
