“This was our first trip to St John. The property was perfect for our group of 3. We loved Everything anout it! Beautiful grounds, house, pool and sunsets. Quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Cruz bay and 1 mile to gourmet Grocery store. Very well equipped with beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and beach bags. We snorkeled every day exploring the beaches on the island. We cooked dinner in on 2 occasions and the kitchen has everything you could need. We hope to return again in the future. JP was……

“The property was centrally located to Cruz Bay and we had easy access to all points of interest. A Jeep is a must have. The views were unparalleled and for our son’s final high school spring break we could not have picked a better place.”

“We had a great stay at Searenity Villa. The home was clean and spacious and boasted a fantastic view of Cruz Bay. It was only a short distance from the Cruz Bay shops/restaurants but was very quiet and peaceful. All the attractions of St John are easily reachable via car.The hosts were very helpful and responsive.Overall, a great experience, and we'll be back!”

“Great property. The view and location were wonderful. Perfect patio area to take a swim and watch the sunset. Very close to the Westin, Cruz Bay and markets. The layout of the home worked great for us (all adults), but might not be ideal for families with small children. 3 of the 4 bedrooms can only be accessed by an outdoor staircase and doors open to an open, outside hallway. Just something to be aware of. We had a great week - would return again. ”

The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. We had a private patio that has a view of the ocean with crashing sounds of the waves. The villa was a convenient walk to the town and yet secluded. Wonderful stay!”

“Our family of 5 had an incredible stay at Water Cliff! The house was spotless upon arrival—immaculately clean, well-stocked, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The views from the decks were absolutely breathtaking and every room had a perfect ocean view. We had our meals on the deck and watched the boats, sunsets, and enjoyed some evening visits from the local goat family that came to graze down the hill from us.The hosts were fantastic—extremely responsive and helpful throughout……
