“It was a good little place for what I was using it for. It was advertised as a beachfront but we had to walk a through a parking lot and public parking to get to the beach. It was a 2 minute walk. It was also advertised there was an outdoor shower. There was dirt packed on the floor and the shower head didn’t work so it was inoperable. The room didn’t seem very well cleaned. The microwave was dirty with past guests food and the shower curtain was stained. ”

“We had a wonderful relaxing time with my brother and his wife. The apartment was lovely, clean and very comfortable.We love sitting by the water, walking to the beach and swimming in the pool.”

“Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). We booked a room for 4 single people and they only set it up for 2 people.They refused to give us a……

“We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool. The bed was comfy, pillows were so soft and nice.when the wind was to much to take on the beach (which was one block away) we would sit by the pool. There was a sitting area on the porch for shade during the mid-day……

“A mom and 5 teen soccer players loved staying at this condo. We loved the quaint, retro nature of the place. The beach was quiet and literally a few steps away. The pool was right there for another swimming option during our time after our tournament games. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, towels etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was 45 min to the Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa, 12 min to Clearwater if you want more "action". No restaurants or shops in walking……

“The staff were very personable, courteous and helpful. The building was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The location to the beach is excellent. The only real issue we had was that the building is very noisy. It’s easy to hear people talking in the neighboring rooms and in the hall. It made it difficult for us to sleep at times. Everything else in the stay was great.”

“Great hotel / condos however haul to the beach w chairs and umbrellas did not stay. Had to go pay 25 cash per day to rent chairs and reliable umbrella . Condo unit not knew like listed . All baseboards had peeling paint . Dryer did not work . Staff was great !”
