“It was a good little place for what I was using it for. It was advertised as a beachfront but we had to walk a through a parking lot and public parking to get to the beach. It was a 2 minute walk. It was also advertised there was an outdoor shower. There was dirt packed on the floor and the shower head didn’t work so it was inoperable. The room didn’t seem very well cleaned. The microwave was dirty with past guests food and the shower curtain was stained. ”

WiFi information provided was incorrect, but I was able to figure it out by looking at the sticker on the device without contacting the property.”

“We loved everything about this property! The whole house was so spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our month stay. The host was so helpful and addressed all our needs. The beds were comfortable and the pool table was a constant source of entertainment for my grandkids! The outdoor space was great and the pool was nice and warm! “Quiet neighborhood and 20 mins to Raymond James & Steinbrenner Field. Bathrooms are a bit cramped but they do the trick. The third bedroom has a king, pullout couch queen and a single person air mattress. Think the description says something different. The neighbors have a rooster that started up at 5:18 AM and also some dogs that started barking around 7. Nothing mentioned would deter me from staying here again. ”

“We were extremely satisfied with this property. It is located close to everything and just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. It’s also within walking distance to many very good restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had all the amenities including a nice backyard area with a new bbq grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary if you prefer to prepare your own meals.
