“Nice house for a big group or family, very comfortable, easy check in process”

“We had 6 adults and 8 kids stay here with plenty of room to spare. The 6 bedrooms and the size of the home make it feel so spatious for a large group. The pool area was nice, the house was well stocked, and the location was great for both time in Tampa and time at the beach.”

“Overall the stay was fine. Beautiful property, nice neighborhood, we had two issues, the first and most important issue we had was with the Security Deposit. It wasnt in the upfront cost. The deposit was requested about a week before the trip. So we had no idea how much was needed until then, i have no problem paying the deposit. The problem was not knowing the amount upfront. The second with one of the fans acting up. We messaged the property with the problem and recieved a message asking for……

“We stayed at the Milos Beach house 6/7/25 for a full week renting out both sides. We had our 5 kids and their families there with us, and most commented that it was the best VRBO rental and location ever! We rented out both sides and Tina left the ADA elevator open on the 2nd/main floor so that we could easily walk back and forth between the 2 sides. The rooms were great, plenty of beds, bedding, pillows, towels, etc. The layout worked great for us as we put all the kids in the lower level……

“Everything went as planned. Location was awesome. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do but not bothered by the busy city noises and traffic. The park down the road was amazing. Kayaked and enjoyed the serenity of all the beautiful nature. We will definitely be back. Only negative is the coffee creamer needs to be replaced before every visitor. Needed to run up to the gas station two minutes away. No big deal but want to”

“This house was beautiful and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed including spectacular water views, a fantastic pool and any amenity you could possibly need. The house was immaculate with plenty of room and morning coffee on the balcony was perfection. And a coffee maker that made a hot cup of coffee was icing on the cake. Owners were very responsive when we had a question. This was a great find and we will definitely be back next year!”

“The property was amazing, some of the furniture listed on online listing was different, but the inside was great. The pool was amazing. The neighborhood looks like it is being rebuilt, but no issues at all. The property manager was easy to get a hold of. It is close to the highway the beach a few minutes away. I will definitely book here again.”
