“I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!”

“Staff was very friendly. There were no rooms on the first floor, they were all being remodeled. No elevator to the 2nd floor. Was a little rough getting up and down the stairs from recent back surgery. The room was clean except for under the beds and around the molding on the refrigerator. Overall it was a nice place and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. ”

“The Fold was a very nice boutique hotel nestled between the mangroves right on Gulf Blvd. Our one bedroom was very clean and well maintained. The distance to the beach was a short walk across the street. It was quiet with little noise from the road or neighboring rooms. The staff were very friendly. ”
