“This unit is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, comfy bed and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The building is still under construction from the storms so the pool area was roped off and a bit cramped but that will ease up once it’s done. The only very very minor negative about the unit is the lack of beach equipment (which the owner is very upfront about in the listing) . If you’re going to do long beach days, either bring your own or plan on renting. Overall, a super nice stay and you……

“The inside of the condo was veey clean and beautifully decorated. The manager was very responsive and Treasure Island is lovely. However, this room is very close to the busy street, so it was noisy on the balcony. There was also a large trash collection nearby where the birds like to gather and forage for food. They were very loud as well and it was an unsanitary sight. This is definitely an island view, although we could see the ocean from our windows. There were orange cones and tape around……
