“It was a good little place for what I was using it for. It was advertised as a beachfront but we had to walk a through a parking lot and public parking to get to the beach. It was a 2 minute walk. It was also advertised there was an outdoor shower. There was dirt packed on the floor and the shower head didn’t work so it was inoperable. The room didn’t seem very well cleaned. The microwave was dirty with past guests food and the shower curtain was stained. ”

“Quiet neighborhood and 20 mins to Raymond James & Steinbrenner Field. Bathrooms are a bit cramped but they do the trick. The third bedroom has a king, pullout couch queen and a single person air mattress. Think the description says something different. The neighbors have a rooster that started up at 5:18 AM and also some dogs that started barking around 7. Nothing mentioned would deter me from staying here again. ”

“We had 12 adults staying at the house on a golf trip, and were all accommodated more than adequately. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the linens fresh, appliance all in great working condition, plenty of supplies. While we didn't get to spend time in the hot tubs or down at the beach, there was really nothing negative about the place and several of the guests have made a note to book it in the future on other golf and/or family beach trips. ”

“We decided to book this particular house for the kids areas and the multiple bedrooms available. We were 2 families of 4 with kids under 10. There certainly were plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed however the layout was a little weird. You could definitely tell they put as many beds as possible to accommodate as many people. The game room pictured was fun to look at but most of the table games were either broken or missing pieces. The kids bunk room in the basement was definitely……

“This house was beautiful and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed including spectacular water views, a fantastic pool and any amenity you could possibly need. The house was immaculate with plenty of room and morning coffee on the balcony was perfection. And a coffee maker that made a hot cup of coffee was icing on the cake. Owners were very responsive when we had a question. This was a great find and we will definitely be back next year!”

“Great location and value. I have stayed at this property before. Looks as though there are still some exterior repairs being made as a result of the hurricane, but it did no affect my stay. WiFi information provided was incorrect, but I was able to figure it out by looking at the sticker on the device without contacting the property.”

“We were extremely satisfied with this property. It is located close to everything and just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. It’s also within walking distance to many very good restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had all the amenities including a nice backyard area with a new bbq grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary if you prefer to prepare your own meals. “Great size apartment. Good location. We felt that for the money we expected it to be in pristine condition. Needs renovated. Water issues apparent throughout, in the bathroom, master bedroom. Fan in the master bedroom needs finished off. Clean the outdoors leading off the deck. Just needs a deep cleaning and some TLC for the money you charge. Getting out of the parking area is also a bit dangerous if there are three cars. Would have been nice to have at least a roll of paper towels to start……

“We arrived and instructions were good. We got into house looked around and found the pool was very green and not swimmable. Was disappointed in this. Sent a message but it was not addressed. ”

“The apartment was very nice and fit our needs for a 5 day visit to friends. It was fairly well stocked and I felt that the owner would have provided anything extra had we asked. The unit was less than 1 block from the Pinillas Trail so no need to navigate busy streets to get there for walking or biking! ”

“This location worked out really well for my family who were attending a wedding at the church up the street. The host was super friendly and accommodating. The house while had a couple minor issues had a nice amount of space and updated appliances. We had a great time and we stay here again!”
