“The property was very clean. We arrived without any checkin instructions despite having asked for them 3 times. He finally sent a code but as there was more than one unit on the property we wasted 20 minutes trying to get into the wrong door. No AC or TV instructions and we couldn't get either to respond .it was a frustrating way to start the weekend.”

“No closet space, trouble with entry keypad, odor in bathroom, poor shelf placement over bathroom sink, back patio filthy with mice and rat, entire property unkept.”

“The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or……
