“We arrived at night so it was a bit confusing because GPS takes you to the front and the apartment is in the back but we figured it out. The apartment is EXACTLY as pictured- modern, cute, clean, and just right for a couple. Had the necessary amenities to cook and live for several days. We weren't sure how close it was to the water but it is about a 4 minute walk to Craig Park where we saw tarpons and manatees! It is also about a 10 minute walk to the cute historic downtown with a coffee……

“This listing was over all very quiet, cozy, spotless and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area. The Famous Sponge Docks and Beaches are minutes away. My wife and I were able to jump on the local trolly which is less than 1 block walking distance! We had a great time playing the life size chess board and soaking up the Florida Sun! “Communication was excellent. The property was welcoming and had all the little extra’s which was a bonus: TP, hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher soap etc. Plenty of towels and even a few beach chairs. Needs a restock on drinking glasses; otherwise kitchen is stocked well. The only confusion was the pool and hot tub. The listing should say up front Heated Pool and Hot Tub *optional or extra because it could be a game changer for some. Would stay again here! ”

“Outstanding from start to finish. Extremely clean. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Tasteful coastal decor, brand new furniture and mid to higher range appliances, walking distance to all that the sponge docks district has to offer. Fully equipped kitchen for meals at home. Also just a short drive to nearby beaches and adjacent fun towns like Dunedin and Clearwater to the south and Weekie watchee to the north. “Overall a decent hotel and I would book again. However, 2 things I noticed-first there was often no one at the front desk so if you needed to check in or something you had to wait a really long time. Second of all, they rented out parking spots in front of the hotel for a concert, which is fine. But when we came back from getting food, there was definitely some confusion over where hotel guests could park vs where the people renting a space could park. Other than that, it was a nice experience ”
