“My family of 12 ages ranging from 8 to 64 had a lovely Thanksgiving. We were able to cook a full dinner. We all sat around a large table. after dinner stroll the beach in the moonlight, and play games. This was enough room for everybody to be very comfortable, spacious different games and conversations were held. No one was bundled up over each other, the water temperature was great. “We had a wonderful stay in this nice house. It was bright, clean and had everything we needed. The weather was perfect. We loved the decks with the ocean view and enjoyed the rocking chairs. The only suggestion for improvement would be to put blinds on the window in the master bathroom for some privacy and in the kitchen to keep the hot sunshine out. We’d definitely stay here again. ”

“Jean was the perfect host and communication was prompt and thorough. The location of her place in EI is perfect. The view of the ocean to watch the sunrise from the deck was a bonus. Beach access was convenient. It was nice to have the elevators in addition to stairs and to be close to so many good places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and grocery shopping. The home was very clean with an updated remodel. This is a great place to escape that offers the comforts of home. ”

“This is an amazing property, exactly as pictured in the photos. Except the photos cannot accurately capture the magnificent view! We stayed over Christmas and could see BOTH sunrise and sunset from the living area. It was unbelievable.The boardwalk to the beach is delightful! It is a bit of a walk if you will be hauling toys/chairs/etc in the summer but there is nice cart provided and lots of beach gear.The outdoor living area and pool look like they'd be great in warmer weather.
