“This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!”

“We loved our stay at this condo! It was the perfect amount of space for our family. The "mud room"/laundry area was great for leaving beach shoes and gear before heading inside, and having access to the beach locker was awesome. Pool/beach access was very convenient, and never too crowded. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Very nice, spotless clean and good location to the beach. Wonderful no steps to the beach, all ramps. The owner was very helpful and answered all questions promptly. I would rent again and recommend to others”

“Wonderful location and beautiful view of the ocean! Nice pool area! Some things needed updating such as kitchen supplies. Had to go out and buy a decent egg pan that wouldn’t stick. Towels were cheap and a bit smelly. Front door needs some repair around the frame but it still closed. Beach was amazing!!! You can walk for miles!!! Overall we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend!!!”

“We enjoyed it. Just remember you have to take shampoo and soap plus beach towels otherwise things are provided.It was a very pleasant stay because it was very close to our condo where the rest of the family was staying. The location is ideal. First floor. close but not too close to the pools.”

“Place was very convenient to the beach and Atlantic Beach restaurants. Small but had everything I needed! Kitchen was well stocked for a couple or small family. It’s a little weird not having a bathroom sink, but the kitchen sink is directly outside the bathroom door and there is a mirror behind the sink so it didn’t feel too odd, and the full size shower was nice. Appreciated the beach chairs available and the cold ac! Only recommendation would be to make the door easier to lock, deadbolt is a……
