“Property was great for our little family. Not oceanfront but not a far walk. Liked the pool access and access to other things. The gate key stopped working and we had to go back twice to get a different one(not anyone’s fault but mechanics). The beach was perfect and we actually got to sea turtles hatch! AMAZING! Close to some good restaurants. Even though we had people above us we didn’t hear them-must be insulated well! Loved having a small enclosed porch. Definately would go back. ”

“The condo was exactly as described and is perfect for a single person or a couple. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was furnished except for personal hygiene essentials It is a close walk to a beautiful beach front that wasn't crowded and the sunsets on the Sound side were breathtaking. I would definitely love to stay here again.”

“We had an amazing time here. It was our first time to topsail. The host was very easy to talk to and he helped with everything we asked. The place was very nice and cozy. I loved that even though it wasnt oceanfront but it still had a beautiful view on the balcony of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sunset. Had everything you need for vacation. The property was also wonderful. The pools were great and great access to beach. Would love to stay again. ”

It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.”

“My husbands family has owned a beach cottage for over 60 years. As our family has grown we’ve always need to rent several dunescape condos. This condo is one of the best- actually 3 baths vs 2.5, clean, well furnished. We love renting from Dallas!”

“The condo was amazing. It was clean and had many of the supplies that we needed for our stay. We did have to buy toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls when we got there, but we expected that. We enjoyed the fact that it was only a short walk from our condo to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. The only complaint is that we could hear every footstep that the people in the condo above us took. When we were laying down to go to bed at night, we just constantly heard footsteps……

“Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.”

“Cute and quaint. Had the beach and pool pretty much to ourselves. Lots of hooks to hang and dry your stuff on, attention to detail. Will definitely be back! Great for a long weekend.”
