“Owner was an excellent communicator and gave awesome recommendations of restaurant, activities, and even the local beach wheelchair program because one family member has mobility issues. House was so beachy cute and clean and comfortable, and was wheelchair accessible. Main floor bedrooms and bathroom plus the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. “We enjoyed a week on the beach visiting with our girls who are at UNC. We appreciated accommodations that allowed our family dog to visit with the girls too. The gated deck and easy walkway to the beach were helpful to all. Everything was fresh and clean inside the home.”

“I’m here for a work function for 6 months. This house was ideally located in a great quiet neighborhood steps away from the beach and within close proximity to great restaurants. My wife and I tried it out and liked it so much we re-booked for another 5 months. The property manager was easy to deal with and the owner was very proactive for minor requests we had. We would stay again should we ever come back for a vacation. ”
