“We enjoyed a week on the beach visiting with our girls who are at UNC. We appreciated accommodations that allowed our family dog to visit with the girls too. The gated deck and easy walkway to the beach were helpful to all. Everything was fresh and clean inside the home.”

“The property is in a great location, as advertised. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Was disappointed with the fact we had to bring ALL linens (it’s in the fine print of listing) people come to beach for vacation and don’t think to pack a bunch of linens-Especially people that fly in and have limited space. The beds were squeaky (hard to sleep) and floor was very slippery. The floor had oily substance all over. The nails in the deck are coming up, so be careful! Screws in place of boards would……

The views from the deck are wonderful - really some of the best we have had at any beach home and better than some oceanfront homes we have stayed in! - and we appreciated the sturdy comfortable porch rockers and umbrellas on the deck- for some family……

“The house is located in the beautiful Emerald Isle Beach. We realize that everyone is getting back to work and jobs after the Pandemic and there are I am sure staff shortages, however, the cleanliness was noticeably lacking. The dishwasher was broken and lock on sliding door broken. Sun and Surf was easily reachable and quick to respond . Staff was friendly and helpful since we talked to maintenance several times. The HVAC gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable when he came out on the next to……
