“The lake was very peaceful. The house was large with plenty of room for everyone. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of leaving us mosquito coils and skewers to roast marshmallows. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. ”

“An incredibly beautiful secluded Northwoods retreat on a gorgeous lake and with every amenity and creature comfort inside and outside. Wonderfully informative and responsive hosts! The log home is striking with multiple indoor and outdoor seating spots, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, bathrooms that include roomy showers and a two person jacuzzi tub, and a spa room that includes an exercise pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. The lake is perfect for swimming and watching sunsets! ”

“Great cabin and super clean. The owners live next door and are attentive and responsive. Great walking trails out the front door, and great location to spend time in both Copper Harbor and Marquette. Great motorcycle roads and golf courses. Definitely hit up Lawrey’s in Ishpiming for pasties! ”

“We stayed for 5 days/4 nights. It is a comfy older home, nicely decorated with lots of room. The host thought of pretty much anything you could need while on vacation and quickly responded to all communication. The furniture and beds were comfortable and our dog loved the porch and yard. We were there for a music festival and hope to come back again next year! ”

“The road offset and property layout is under-rated and provided great views (deer in the yard seen from the deck during morning coffee every morning) and privacy. The interior had a very nice modern renovation. Quiet neighborhood!! Quick access to highway 2 and services in KIngsford/Iron Mountain.”

“We had a great time. Used the boats everyday to go fishing. The fire pit was great and needed to be on level ground. You end up placing chairs on a hill. The last step before going onto the dock is sketchy. Another step would be helpful.Renters pay a nice penny to stay there. Having it stocked with food essentials would help. Coffee, condiments, even oil would go a long way.”

“Unit was clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. beds, couch, and hot tub were all clean and comfortable. Private and quiet area. This is a top unit with an additional townhouse below. We tried to be mindful of this when walking around after “bedtime”. **Note, there is no washer and dryer.”
