“We first entered the room and were not happy! Room is aged but comfortable. Musty smell that we were able to rectify. Had issues with draining but staff was spot on and had it fixed wjthin the day! Staff very attentive! Daily service was nice! Ample breakfast. Facility is in need of updating but I would stay here again! Thank you for being so attentive! ”

“Management allows early check-in. Staff is friendly and efficient. Good place to stay for a wedding close by. The free breakfast is well stocked and offers yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, juice, eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes and sometimes cinnamon buns. “We had a great stay. Room was very clean. Mina was amazing he was very helpful. We would recommend staying there. Only issue was TV remote didn't work. They fixed that but then the TV reception was terrible, it continued to glitch out all the time so we couldn't watch any TV. We were checking out the next day so just used my phone instead.”

“They are engaged in renovations, so there are minimal issue. The bed is comfortable, the room is quite large. A bit of vacuuming could be done and more attention to the bathroom area. We will come back; great location.”

“I love this place and can’t stop telling people how great the stay was. The theme is fabulous and it makes the rooms so incredibly cozy! They include so many nice details and touches that feel special. Above all else, I found the room to be very quiet, which to me is critical when I’m staying somewhere all week for work. The staff is so kind and helpful, the food and coffee bar are delicious and convenient, location cannot be beat if you’re working with or visiting UConn. I couldn’t name a……
