The flooring is falling apart and coming separated from one another, the outside is not well kept and dirty, the dishwasher isn’t even mounted to the cabinets or the counter top! The whole thing moved when I went to open the door to it! The ceiling is falling apart in the hallway and the bathroom has the paint peeling/chipping away from the walls. “Quiet and safe!”

“House was very nice and clean. Small hiccup with amenities but the host answered my concern immediately and got it handled right away, which was great. Be aware that apparently Vrbo breaks the total payment up into “payments”, which I did not request. In fact I ran my first payment thinking it was for the total stay, and then after it ran Vrbo hit me up for an additional 59 for “insurance”, which was mandatory, so I ran that payment separately. Then a day after my stay I’m being hit up for……

“They thought of everything to ensure our stay was perfect. It is always the little things that make a VRBO experience top notch. From the sun screen to leaving the things left behind that you may have forgotten to bring ie sunglasses etc. the back porch is shaded starting around Noon and is a great place to relax. Looks like it will soon be enclosed, so that will be a nice addition. The property manager let us know of extra services and was quick to respond if we had requests/questions. 5-Stars……
