“We enjoyed the stay! Thank you!”

“The check in process was not good. The employees at the resort were helpful but the villa did not instruct them on the check in process. Got charged extra for parking and using the pool. The condo was not near the pool and not in the resort. Loud tenants above us”

“no running water upon check in. Had to find someone to help with main water valve. Maintenance said it was not his job it was the owners (we could not get a hold of) still haven’t gotten any word from host. My husband had to find and dig up the main water line to turn it on! Thank god we checked in 30min prior, if it had been after hours I don’t know what we’d have done. I’m 6 months pregnant and we were traveling with a 3 year old. No contact with host at all during the 2 night stay. I ended up……

“Family with young children stayed in this cute comfortable condo for our wedding. The rental is convenient to a Publix and Walmart. Quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy and allowed for a late arrival. Would rent again. ”

“This was an amazing place to stay. Close to main drag, restaurants, Walmart, Sam's club, gas stations, shopping everywhere. Park right across from condo. Sheriff's department on the corner. Everything we needed was provided. inside we needed”

“Dealing with the manager said owner was a very nice experience. They were very easy to deal with and they answered the phone when I needed them to. My parents are 83 and 77 and I didn't know the code to get in after a 3 hour drive the manager answered my call on the first ring and gave me the code to get in the house and let my parents use the bathroom. For that I'm truly grateful. The house was so clean and I even took a U.V. flashlight to the sheets and every bed was clean. Thank you ”

“This was an ideal place for me. My daughter and family live in Mulberry and so I was only 5 minutes away. The property was comfortable and had every amenity…even pool toys for the local pool which was just a short walk away, which my grandchildren enjoyed. Lovely master bedroom suite, and two bathrooms came in very handy. Kevin was very attentive when we had a question. I will hope to return next time I visit the family. ”

“Four family members stayed at this property with a goal to visit our Mother at a Lakeland Assisted Living facility. From the moment of booking to checkout, the experience was perfect. Kevin answered every question and request within minutes. The condo was very clean and very well stocked with essentials. We are looking forward to renting with Kevin again in the future.”

“Overall, the condo was more than adequate for our purposes. We cooked in many nights but the location was also convenient to several good restaurants and golf courses. As an aging couple, the only negative was the poor lighting in the dinning room. We sat on the balcony every day and the neighborhood is quiet. Did not use the pool except to watch a SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral at 1 a.m.”
