With a boat ramp nearby and a close proximity to exiting the channel out to the grounds, this is a great place to stay with your boat. “What an amazing place to stay, great location and only minutes from stores and restaurants. Decent location in the river to access to the gulf. And the house literally had anything and everything for any occasion and for all ages. This house is definitely by far the best place we have stayed for scalloping and we have been scallop for 15 years. Thank you so much patty and can’t wait to stay here again. ”

“We stayed a full week in Crystal River at this house and couldn’t have been happier. The owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. The location of the house was great, very close to a boat ramp. The beds were comfortable, the AC was solid, the appliances were all great, no complaints at all. Pool was nice and the canal in the back was fun to fish in. Would stay here again!”

“Our family traveled to Crystal River with 2 other families and shared the Million Dollar Mansion. It was perfect for our 6 adults and 5 teens/tweens. The house is perfectly split between upstairs and downstairs. The bunkroom downstairs fit our 5 kids and the grownups got the upstairs bedrooms. The big dining room table was great for shared meals and board games. The location, on the water, is gorgeous. We saw so much wildlife (manatees!) from the dock and while using the paddleboards and kayaks.……

“My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home with our 4 grandchildren (ages 14, 14, 12, and 10). We loved the amount of space we had to spread out. The home had everything we needed. We all loved using the kayaks. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool. Everyone is ready to go back! Thanks for providing a lovely home away from home for us.”
