“Very good location. Although we were assigned room on Ground floor But the room is quite. This turned out to a big surprise, as our car just parked outside of wondow, gym room and breakfast room just next door. We arrived earlier and our room was ready in a minute without any question asked. Within 10 minutes we were in Premium Outlet, entertainment and shopping mall. We loved to stay in Hampton Inn.”
“1. I stayed at this place for two days, the room and environment really look very nice but my room really smelt bad and remained for the whole two days. Every time I entered the room, even though I have opened the window. (kind of kitchen smell)
2. I’ve got an electric car which uses J1772 car charger but the facility’s J1772 is only available at handicapped parking space. Really annoying ”
“The front desk was just doing her job, not so friendly to me. The corridor of 2nd floor is replacing the wall paper, not bother me but just feel odds. The room is clean and the breakfast is good, but no so many guests, I think is because of the location of this hotel.”
"I’ve never stayed in such a terrible hotel! The walls and floors outside the room were filthy, and the floor inside the room was dirty too — only the bed was clean. Small cockroaches would crawl out from time to time! I even had to spend my own money to buy cockroach spray and place it around the room.
The only thing worth praising was the housekeeping staff — mostly Central and South Americans who didn’t speak much English, but thankfully we could communicate using translation apps on our phones.
Honestly, if it weren’t for trying to save money, I would have run away in a heartbeat!"
"The smiling service of the front desk staff made me feel like I was at home. I booked a suite for $200/day. I took the elevator to the 7th floor with the room card. I was not disappointed after opening the door. The room was designed in gray tones, clean, tidy and warm. There was a simple kitchenette on the right side of the door, a three-seater sofa, a desk and chair, a 180-degree rotating TV, and a thick mattress (moderate softness). I personally don't like mattresses that are too soft. There are CVS and Starbucks across the building, which is convenient for travel. A very happy hotel experience"
