“Our group of 5 stayed for 4 days in March. This property met all of the basic expectations of a good stay: clean beds, fresh towels, plenty of toilet paper. Beyond that:The good:- Hot water was great- House heat was plentiful and quick. - Wifi password was clearly identified on the router (not sure if that is new based on earlier reviews, but it was a non-issue for us)- Roku TV worked perfectly- Kitchen was updated; we only used the fridge, microwave, and Keurig, but everything in the kitchen……

Not everything is perfect but that is the charm of this old farm house. If you plan to use the yard make sure that it is taken care of before you stay at the property.
