“Easy entry system. Well cared for property and modern with pleasant entrance and stairway to room. Room was large and modern with well maintained furnishings. Bathroom was obviously new with a shower over bath and plenty of hot water, although our preference would be a walk in shower. We thought that the mattresses were a little on the hard side for us though with heavy duvets more suited to colder weather. We were lucky to have warm weather and the room was very warm. “Dining option in the area are limited, but the hotel dining room was very good. There is no lift - so having a room on the upper floor requires slogging your bag up the stairs!”

“This stay was an emergency booking due to the disaster that was the eight acres hotel in Elgin which is a dump. The wonderful folk of The Millhouse not only found us a room but bent over backwards to help us. Special mention to the wonderful Janette who was wonderful. Ask for room 2 as it has a great double jacuzzi!”
