“We came here the night and weekend after our wedding, when we arrived the space was clean and cozy. The outdoor area was exactly as described and pictured aka wonderful. The area is quiet and close to many hiking trails although it was pouring while we were there so we didnt try any out. The only reason i wouldnt recomend this place to everyone i know is because i dont want it to book up before we can go again! ”

“Pictures were relatively accurate, though I thought the property was bigger (from looking at pictures). Towels were strange. We enjoyed the outdoor space, including fire pit, the fire patio burner, and the hot tub. Property was very close to the neighbors so didn’t get good privacy. The road to get to the house has a lot of potholes - wasn’t expected. ”

“This Little cabin is set on a lot beside the home of the owners, who by the way are friendly and welcoming. The cabin is well appointed, clean and cosy. The owners thought of everything. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The surrounding area is old growth forest with a creek running past a feet short steps away. Hiking/walking/biking trails near by.”

“Adorable family cabin!The host was fantastic to work with, providing clear instructions on how to enter the property, use the amenities, and check out.Our group trip for my 30th birthday was made even better by how close the cabin is to Crystal Mountain and the added bonus of enjoying the hot tub!The cabin was well stocked with plenty of towels, which was fantastic for our group. “We love the Koi Story Cabin. We were there for the Cyclone Bomb this year. No electricity for 4 days. The staff was amazing! They had us hooked up to a generator and the fire place kept us warm! We communicated with Elena, Ian and Sergei. They were so helpful and worked with our schedule. A delightful place to stay!”

“Very comfy and amazing view… I would stay again”

“The listing says 1/2 bath and true enough, no shower or tub. The door to the 1/2 bath was off the track and unusable until my dad fixed it. The only source of heat is an electric fireplace insert that trips the breaker every hour or so and a free standing space heater that is nearly enough on it's own. ”

“Adding a dishwasher would be great as we’re never sure how previous guests may have washed dishes - unless the hosts do a thorough cleaning prior to each new guest, but this was not noted. Communication through the Vrbo app was difficult. I realized I was receiving timed automatic messages because my questions were never addressed prior to checkin. Location was great. Clear instructions were given on most everything. Hot tub could’ve used more guidance (how to use jets?) and basic condiments and……

“We loved our getaway to the Zen Cabin…my teenagers, husband and I wanted a recharge and the serene setting was just what we needed. Loved sipping coffee on the deck in the morning, hiking in the afternoon, games in front of the fireplace, and hot tubbing in the evening. We appreciated Meghan’s thorough guidebook both on the house itself but also dining recommendations in the area and she was very responsive in her communication. I can definitely see us returning to the Zen cabin in the future!”

“The location of this cabin was a perfect getaway from Seattle as it was less than an hour away. Very cute interior and lovely grounds. The river was absolutely epic, and it was really nice to have a fire next to it every night. The place itself ran a little bit cold even though there are two wall heaters in the kitchen in the bedroom. And if you are a light sleeper you will definitely need ear plugs for night time because you hear traffic. The sound of the river was soothing though. No personal……

“The rental was clean and a perfect size for me and would be plenty big enough for two. Communication with the host was great. I liked the location very much, it was close to town and close to trailheads for getting out and hiking. My only complaint would be the toilet situation as used toilet paper cannot be put in for flushing. Everything else was very good. I would recommend to others.”
