This is a lower level rental and the ceiling was very thin as we could hear the person’s heavy footsteps walking around all day & night from the upstairs unit. It was annoying and very difficult to sleep at night. Due to this, we decided to spend our days/nights out of the rental which defeated the purpose of us choosing this rental. “First impressions as you pull up are that the neighborhood is great, the waterfront location is great. But this property is dated, and in bad need of repair and TLC. When you walk into the house it only gets worse. The yard is more dandelions than grass and has significant areas where it was just dirt and gravel bits. There was no pleasing landscaping or anything cheery or happy about this house or the property. The dock has rotten boards. Some missing. Others lifted, warped, and the paint……
