“Perfect getaway for my husband and I. Quiet neighborhood with great little beaches to walk to with our dog. Fantastic deck to sit and eat breakfast on and watch the birds in the marsh. Clean and well maintained too! We’d come back again!”

“What a beautiful and super clean home. Communication with the host made everything more enjoyable and pleasant. Host thought of everything possible that we could need and then some. The rooms were beautifully decorated and looked like right out of a magazine. There were extra blankets and pillows in every room. The kitchen and bathroom has everything you need. It was such a pleasure to relax in this home. If you want to fish or crab, they are kind enough to lend you their fishing and crabbing……

My boyfriend, his 3.5 year old son, myself, and our 6 year old pup spent 3 nights. Super close to the beach and boardwalk, close to a dog beach and there is a Marina with beach and playground close by. The house was clean and they had so much more than expected. “Wonderful home close to Avalon Beach! We shared this home with 3 families and had plenty of space for meals and games. The beds were new and super comfy. The patio is an amazing space complete with a fire table. As a guest at the house, you have access to the campground amenities like the pool and volleyball court. The Woodland Village shops were an amazing little gem tucked beside the home. We would definitely stay here again and hope to make it a new summer tradition! ”

“We absolutely loved staying in this pet friendly home while our son was racing at NJMP. Usually, we are concerned when staying in pet friendly places because of the cleanliness, but this home was absolutely immaculate! We loved the big backyard and 2 fire pits. The covered deck was wonderful to be able to relax out of the sun and play card games at night. The beds were very comfortable and we also appreciated there being a washer dryer. The host, Anthony, was such a nice guy and very responsive……

“We stayed for 3 nights there were 4 adults and 4 kids the property was clean and fit us perfectly close to the beach for shore fishing and there was a marina around the corner! We docked out boat and were able to enjoy the bay! During low tide my kids put their hip waders on and caught a lot of crabs! We had such a great time. The owner was very responsive to messages sent as well. We would definitely rent there again ”
