I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. After a further 4 messages to Chris which were not answered I had to phone him and was reduced to tears by his hostility. He bumped up payment to £100 claiming I left it to last day to confirm this. “Two night stay visiting family. All good in the apartment, nice and warm, very comfy beds with nice heavy bedding. TV and WiFi were excellent. Coffee and tea were spot on too. Second time staying and will continue to use in the future.”

“We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. Also the location on dishwasher being farther from the sink. The washer/dryer is the one next to……
