"It was not at all what we thought it was from the pictures, but it was one of the most quiet places I've ever stayed. Peaceful! It offers incredible proximity to Blue Mesa. The staff was some of the nicest I ever come across and very helpful. Overall, I'd definitely stay again in the future."

"This is the best value lodging that we found in the Montrose area. The breakfast was good enough and the room was very clean. We were impressed and amazed of the working staff at the front desk who dedicated themselves to ensure the customers' satisfactions."

"Generally like the place. Hot water shower with good water flow. Check in and out was a breeze. The 2 things taking away from 5 stars is the Sofa was really gross with stains, location behind a retail area... but would stay again. Would appreciate a small microwave"

"A very cozy, private place. It beats staying in a hotel room and it was priced about the same or even less. We enjoyed just sitting on the front deck and having our wine & beer. No view, but very peaceful and private. It was clean and well attended. It is older style. The futon in the front room ..."
